How do I purchase AlertMeFirst?
The AlertMeFirst service is available via online subscription at this Web site. The Signup Wizard will prompt you to enter your contact and payment information. At the end of the subscription process, the system will assign you to a personal and confidential login name and password that you use to enter your account. Simply login to your account and set-up the devices you want to have monitored and the people (contacts) you wish to receive alerts. What are my payment options?
The Subscription Wizard will ask you whether you wish to pay monthly by credit card or cheque. There are no monthly administration fees when paying by credit card. When paying by cheque there is a $5 monthly administration fee for us to send invoices electronically and a $15 monthly administration fee for us to send a hard copy of the invoice through normal postal service. You also have the option of prepaying 6 months or one year via credit card or cheque. When prepaying, the monthly administration fees are waived and a discount is applied. Contact us for details.

What if I am unhappy with the service?
You can cancel the service with 7 days notice. To cancel, simply email your request to sales@alertmefirst.com. There are no cancellation fees.
